Lean Flower Farming Workshop: July 28 + 29 2025
Workshop registration includes learning essential efficiency, systems, and skills needed to grow a successful and thriving flower farm business. Each day is full of field demonstrations, presentations, hands-on learning, and group discussions as we cover the following topics: lean flower farming 101, whole farm management systems, harvesting and post-harvest systems, profitable bouquets, farm efficiencies, SOPs, profitable crop planning, and more.
The group size is limited to facilitate plenty of 1:1 time with Jenny, plus valuable learning and networking with the other students.
Lunch is provided for both days plus a group pizza party dinner on the farm.
The workshop takes place on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 8am - 6:30pm & Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 8am - 5pm, and is held at Trademarks Flower Farm in Clifton Springs, NY.
There is an option to attend for an additional half day on July 30th from 8am - 12pm to learn about high tunnel growing techniques and profitable hoop house flowers.
A travel and lodging guide will be provided to students shortly after registration (all participants are responsible for booking their own travel and lodging according to their personal preferences).
There are no refunds or exchanges for on-farm workshop registration.

We encourage all students to purchase trip insurance. We regretfully cannot transfer registrations to other workshops or future dates, even in the event of emergency situations.
